OnlineTimeReporting is ready for action!
I am so excited to introduce OnlineTimeReporting.com. It’s a new time clock application built for small and medium sized businesses. It is a simple, easy, and affordable time clock solution. All actions take place on the web. There are no manual time cards, time sheets, or equipment to mess with. No ribbons, no missing parts, no messy clean up. Everything is done online.
Setup is extremely easy. And you can clock in from an internet mobile phone or internet browser. This makes it especially easy for users on the go or businesses with virtual offices.
We are currently considering a new feature to add that will provide more strict access for Brick and Mortar businesses. Although, you can have the entire application installed at your place of business, we can also restrict access to your company’s users by authenticating a combination of ip address and secret code. That way you can control who can login because your colleagues would need to have a daily or hourly secret code that you change and implement. This would be a requirement for the user to login. That way the user would have to come back to the office from lunch for the secret code before attempting to login from their mobile phone. Again, this is something we can implement if the need arises, but currently it is not in production. If you need this feature, we would be delighted to implement it for you.
